The Be Brave retreat is a unique opportunity to explore your authentic self in a supportive, fun and restorative setting. The Mindfulness and Self Compassion research and teachings of Dr. Chris Germer and Dr. Kristin Neff inform her work and practice. And, as a student and practitioner of the Enneagram, Ruth works with archetypal personality types as well. For over 25 years, Ruth has worked closely with local government agencies and contributed to a broad spectrum of community and non-profit organizations. She supports individuals and teams to show up, take risks and pursue purposeful engagement with the world. Ruth’s passion for community building is exceeded only by her love of mountains, rivers and her family.
